These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jita platform and all its services. This document serves as a legal agreement — between jita on one side and the user ("Member" or "you") on the other. By browsing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

jita is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. The platform has multiple sections including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. The term "services" in these Terms refers to jita's website, mobile app, and all related features.

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to jita's support team immediately. jita will not be held responsible for actions carried out by third parties, unless it is proven that the fault was caused by jita's own systems.

All gaming and betting services on jita are for persons aged 21 or above only. If anyone below this age limit opens an account or uses the service, their account will be closed immediately and any related transactions will be considered void.

A request to parents — please use parental control tools to keep minors away from online gaming. It is also the account holder's responsibility to prevent underage use of the account.

4.1 Deposits

jita accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks) for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting activities. jita reserves the right to verify any suspicious transaction and may request proof of source if needed.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements attached to that bonus have been completed.
• Withdrawals should always be attempted using the same method used for the deposit.
• Under unusual circumstances, jita may take additional time to review a withdrawal request.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

jita will not be held responsible for transaction losses resulting from incorrect account numbers or information provided by the member. Members must carefully verify all payment details.

jita offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms which must be read before claiming. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

5.2 Other Promotions

jita runs several promotions including weekly reload offers, cricket bonuses, slot bonanzas, and more. The wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and validity period may differ for each promotion. Specific details can be found on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Claiming a promotion more than once or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited.
• jita reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following rules must be followed when using jita's gaming services:

6.1 Casino Games

The results of all casino games — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti — are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer system. Each game's own RTP and rules apply.

6.2 Sports Betting

The odds and rules applicable to sports betting are displayed in the relevant event section. The decision of jita on the outcome of any match or event is final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jita reserves the right to void those bets.

6.3 Multi Bet

A multi bet allows multiple selections to be combined in one bet. All selections must win — if any one loses, the entire bet is lost. The combined odds of a multi bet are calculated automatically.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection or server issue, jita will use the last valid state recorded in its system as the basis. jita will not be held responsible for issues caused by the member's own internet connection.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the jita platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Registering an account using false or another person's identity.
• Strategically fulfilling wagering requirements to exploit bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated systems to play.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or gain unauthorised access to the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively towards other members.
• Attempting any form of hacking or cyber attack on jita's systems.

If such activities are detected, the member's account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

jita may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Registration using false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.
• Prolonged inactivity or account security risks.

A member may request to close their own account at any time. In such cases, the available balance will be returned after any pending wagering and transactions have been settled.

In brief, jita uses member data only for operating the service, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations. Data is kept secure through SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures.

Reproducing, distributing, or using any jita content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited. The intellectual property rights for game software and content remain with the respective game developer companies (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others).

jita will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by the member's own internet disconnection.
• Losses due to third-party hacking or cyber attacks, where jita had taken all reasonable security measures.
• Disputes over the fairness of game results where the RNG or live dealer system functioned correctly.
• Transaction failures caused by incorrect payment information provided by the member.
• Unexpected technical disruptions or failures of third-party service providers.

jita's maximum liability for any single incident will be limited to the amount of the deposit associated with that incident.

jita reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. jita's decision shall be considered final in the interpretation and application of these terms.
